BASIC TRAINING PROGRAM

Woodlands Elite started our Basic Training program eight years ago in order to be able to provide an extensive training environment for those athletes that are either new to the sport of competitive cheerleading or unable to dedicate the time and/or financial commitment for a full season of competitive all-star cheerleading.

Our Basic Training Class has two different work out options.

The first Basic Training option practices two times per week for 2 hours per session (4 hours per week total). Their workouts will cover all the basics of cheerleading- stunts, tumbling, dance, jumps, cheer, and motion technique.

The second Basic Training option practices one time per week for 2 hours. Their workouts will also cover all the basics of cheerleading- stunts, tumbling, dance, jumps, cheer, and motion technique.

 

Basic Training is one of the BEST ways to prepare for the upcoming school cheer tryout season as well as working towards making a WECC All-Star team!
